Slades Park Pavilion Opening Times

Slades Park Pavilion is open to all. The Active Dorset office is situated within the pavilion and therefore every weekday (9am-4.30pm) the main part of the pavilion will be open with access to the public open space, toilets, free Wi-Fi and hot drinks from the Eco bean-to-cup coffee machine. ( Bring your own cup! - the Pavilion is aiming to be environmentally friendly).

In addition there is a small café facility which will be open when there are sufficient volunteers available , providing cakes, ice creams and a wider range of drinks. These opening times will be published on the signs outside the pavilion and through our social media profiles

Volunteer Opportunities

Slades Park Pavilion are looking for volunteers to help operate the communal space. This is an exciting opportunity to support our café and Pavilion as a hub for linking the park's provision of physical activity offerings with the local community.

Full volunteer training will be given and hours to suit: Whether you can help with few hours a month or become one of regular weekly volunteers we'd love to hear from you.
