First Aid Essentials, produced with West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, aims to give the confidence needed to react in an incident when someone urgently needs help. Although this isn't sport specific it should give you basic First Aid provision.

Connect Mental Health are offering Mental Health First Aid Courses at a heavily discounted rate (due to extended funding) that are accredited through MHFA England. Courses are available both online and face to face (when restrictions allow) and range from £35pp for the MH Aware course to £85pp for the full MHFAider Adults course.

This interactive workshop will provide staff and volunteers a variety of fun and engaging games to be played over the winter holiday period taking into consideration a large majority of the delivery will now be indoors, in smaller spaces, with often large numbers of young people in attendance. Throughout the workshop we will explore ways to adapt activities to suit this environment whilst still creating an engaging and inclusive environment. We will also explore different ways of introducing positive food messages within a physical activity environment.
