The latest government advice now allows people to exercise more than once a day as long as social distancing guidelines are followed, alone, with members of their household, or with one person from outside of their household.
Exercise is still confided to groups of no more than two people, unless exercising with members of the same household. Many facilities associated with outdoor sports and physical activities can now reopen, if those responsible for them feel ready to do so and if they can do so safely.
