Measuring Active Lives in Dorset Schools

Active Dorset and Dorset schools have played their part in helping Sport England to survey more than 100,000 children and young people in Years 1 to 11 in the most recent academic year. The survey is school-based and covers measures of children's activity levels, physical literacy, swimming proficiency, well-being, self-efficacy and levels of social trust.

Sport England's random sample of schools for the 2019/20 academic year have been announced and a list of chosen schools can be found on the Active Dorset website at https://www.activedorset.org/active-lives-survey.

All schools will receive a bespoke report from Sport England about their pupils, and credits to exchange for sports equipment.
