The Daily Mile
The Daily Mile is a means for regular, physical activity for primary school children "to improve the physical, social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of everyone – regardless of age, ability or environment".
Recently, The Daily Mile Foundation has extended its reach and launched Fit for Life. This initiative is to inspire every young person in secondary education and every adult in the wider community, to engage in a regular daily mile too!
